Middle School Wednesday Night Shuttle

Important Information:

• The release form below must be completed and returned to Marty Griffin (marty@fbcgulf.com) before we can schedule pickup.

• Students must be 6-8 grade.

• At least 2 adults will be on the van at all times, and they have completed background checks.

• Pickup will be between 5:00-5:30pm and drop off will be between 7:15-7:45pm.

• Each Tuesday morning we will text parents to confirm pickup for that week. Confirmation from the parent must be received by 3pm Wednesday to be scheduled for pickup.
